365 Card Challenge - Day # 139 - July 17, 2009 - Try a Technique

Ever try paper piercing? Well, that's what this challenge is all about. All you really need is a tool with a sharp point, and you're all set.

For this card I cut from the cricut a scalloped circle from pink cardstock. I stamped the CTMH Stamp of the Month for June: Tender Tags using the blush stamp pad and stamped the sentiment (thinking of you) from CTMH Fringed Phrases. I cut the tag out and placed it in the middle of the circle with a flower sticker. I then pierced around the tag. a closer view of the piercing around tag

This is the first time that I have tried paper piercing. It does look nice, but not one of my favorite things to do.
